How We Got Started
ePeople was shaped inside San Francisco Healthcare & Rehab, where our founder saw firsthand how difficult it is to manage staffing, compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day operations through disconnected systems and manual coordination.
The problem was not a lack of effort. Too much critical work still depended on people chasing information and cleaning up issues after the risk had already happened. So we began building a system that could take recurring facility workflows, structure them into software, and automate execution through AI agents.
Leadership should spend less time pushing routine workflows forward manually, and more time reviewing exceptions, making decisions, and running the facility.
